Who we are

vassistech.com is operated by FiKHSONSTM LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as VASSiSTECH ("VASSiSTECH", "we", "us"). Contact details are at the end of these Terms.

Two kinds of users

The website is used by clients (businesses and private persons who hire VASSiSTECH) and by professionals (people who work with VASSiSTECH). These Terms apply to both and to every visitor.

Your account

  • One account belongs to one person. You sign in with a code or link sent to your email; keep access to that email secure.
  • The details you enter must be true, complete and your own. You may not act for a company unless you are allowed to bind it.
  • VASSiSTECH may ask you to verify your identity, and a company to pass a company check, before you can confirm an agreement or work.
  • You can close your account by writing to us. Agreements already confirmed, invoices and the records the law requires us to keep are kept as the Privacy Policy explains.

Services are governed by agreements

Browsing the website or creating an account does not create a service contract or an employment relationship. Work starts only under agreements you read and confirm online: for clients the Client Master Agreement and an Order for each job; for professionals the Worker Agreement and a Job Acceptance for each engagement. If these Terms and a confirmed agreement differ, the agreement wins.

Electronic agreements and records

  • You agree to do business with VASSiSTECH electronically. Ticking the agreement box and pressing Confirm is your electronic signature.
  • We record the exact text you confirmed with a fingerprint (SHA-256), the time, your account and a coded form of your internet address, and we email you a PDF copy. Every agreement, invoice and receipt also stays in your account to download.
  • To read the copies you need an email address and a program that opens PDF files. You may ask for a paper copy at any time by writing to us; it is free.
  • You may withdraw your consent to electronic records by writing to us. Agreements already confirmed stay valid; new ones are then made on paper.

Acceptable use

  • No false identity, no account shared with another person, no work done by someone other than the verified person.
  • Clients and professionals do not exchange contact details or deal with each other outside VASSiSTECH; every introduction and instruction goes through VASSiSTECH.
  • No unlawful, infringing or harmful content, no attempts to break, probe or overload the website, no automated collection of its content.
  • No use by, or for, anyone located in a country or region under comprehensive US sanctions or listed on a US sanctions list.

Job information

Jobs shown on the website describe work VASSiSTECH offers; they are not an offer of employment, and the rate shown to a verified professional is confirmed only in a Job Acceptance.

Payments

Clients pay the invoices issued under their Order, by the methods the invoice offers. Card and bank payments are processed by our payment processor; VASSiSTECH never receives your card number.

Intellectual property

The website, its text, design and logos belong to FiKHSONSTM LLC or its licensors. Rights in work delivered under an Order are set by that Order.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, VASSiSTECH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the website. Liability for services is set by the confirmed agreements. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow to be limited.

Suspension

VASSiSTECH may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or gives false information, and tells the user why unless the law prevents it.

Law

Florida law applies, except where the mandatory law of your country protects you. Private persons keep the protection of their consumer law.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the date at the top changes, and a material change is shown on the website before it applies.
