How it works
From Joining to Your First Payout
- Join and verifySign in, enter your partner details and the account you are paid to, verify your identity and sign your tax form. A company also passes our company check.
- Read and confirmYour Partner Agreement shows your exact terms and rates before you confirm it. You receive it as a PDF.
- Get approvedWe review your application, usually within two business days. Your link and code work from then.
- Share your linkRecommend VASSiSTECH to businesses you know, and say next to your link that you earn a commission.
- Earn every monthFrom each client you bring, every month for a set period, once its payments are final. Follow every visit, client and payout in your account.
How you earn
A Share of the Profit From Every Client You Bring
Each month you earn a share of VASSiSTECH's profit from the clients you introduced, for a set number of months from each client's first payment. Your exact rates and months depend on how you join and, for companies, on your partner level. They are written in your Partner Agreement, which you read once your identity is verified and before you confirm anything, and they stay in your account.
- A client counts when it signs up through your link or enters your code, and is new to VASSiSTECH.
- A client stays attached to you with the terms of the day it joined, even if the program changes later.
- Company partners move up levels as their clients stay with us.
- VASSiSTECH clients can take their reward as credit on their own invoices.
How you are paid
Online, to Your Own Account
- Paid once a month, online only: US bank transfer (ACH), Wise or Payoneer. Never cash.
- Always to an account in your own verified name, or your company's. Bank details are stored encrypted.
- A commission is paid once the client's payment can no longer be reversed by its bank, and after the client has paid its first two months.
- Your tax form (W-9, W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E) is signed online in your account before your first payout.
- If you change your payout account, we email you and the next payout waits seven days, for your safety.
Fair play
Honest Partners Keep What They Earn
If a client you referred later asks for a refund or disputes a payment, we recover it from that client, never from an honest partner. Our rules protect partners and clients alike.

The Main Terms in Plain Words
The full terms are your Partner Agreement, which you read and confirm in your account. These are its main points.
Who may join?
Anyone aged 18 or over, and any registered company, in a country VASSiSTECH works with. You verify your identity; a company also passes our company check. Joining is free.
Which clients count for me?
A business or person that signs up through your link or enters your code, is new to VASSiSTECH, and is not you, your household, a company you own or work for, or an existing client. Your link is remembered for a period after the visit; visitors in the European Union, the EEA and the United Kingdom enter your code instead.
When can I see my rates?
Once your identity is verified (and, for a company, the company check is passed), your Partner Agreement shows your exact rates and months before you confirm it. After that they are always in your account.
When and how am I paid?
Once a month, online to your own account, when your earned balance reaches the minimum shown in your account. A commission is earned when the client's payment is final and the client has paid its first two months; smaller balances wait for the next month.
What is not allowed?
Referring yourself or anyone related to you, fake clients or accounts, offering money or gifts to sign up, spam, misleading claims, using VASSiSTECH's name in paid search ads, coupon or deal sites, and pretending to be VASSiSTECH. A partner who does may lose unpaid commissions and repay those paid on the clients concerned.
Do I have to say that I earn a commission?
Yes. Wherever you recommend VASSiSTECH, say clearly and next to your link that you earn a commission, as the US Federal Trade Commission requires. Your account gives you a sentence you can use.
Can the program change?
We may change the program for new referrals with 30 days' notice in your account. Clients already attached to you keep the terms they joined with. Either side may end the partnership with notice; commissions on client payments that are already final are still paid.
Who handles taxes?
Each side pays its own taxes. You sign the tax form that fits you online, and VASSiSTECH reports payments to the tax authorities where the law requires.
